37TH ACADEMIC ADVISORY COUNCIL MEETING

The 37th Academic Advisory Council (AAC) Meeting was convened on 05 November 2025 at the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs. The session commenced with an opening prayer led by Dr. Ricky Dimaapi, Head of the University Registrar, followed by the determination of quorum and the call to order by Dr. Danilo B. Solayao.
Subsequent agenda items included the approval of the meeting agenda, as well as the reading and ratification of the minutes from the previous meeting. A key highlight of the session was the endorsement of the policy for requesting a Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) for board programs.
