The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa (PLMun) welcomed the Regional Quality Assurance Team (RQAT) on June 19, 2025, as part of its application to offer the Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship program. Held at the Soroptimist International of Alabang (SIA) Hall, the evaluation marked a key milestone in PLMun’s efforts to broaden its academic portfolio and champion excellence in business education.

The RQAT was composed of distinguished evaluators: Dr. Antonio Errol B. Ybañez Jr., RQAT for Entrepreneurship; Ms. Marife P. Flores, Education Supervisor in Charge of the Business and Management Education Program; and Dr. Daisy H. Estrada, RQAT for Entrepreneurship. Their visit highlighted the university’s commitment to ensuring program relevance, academic rigor, and responsiveness to societal needs.

The event opened with welcome remarks from Dr. Danilo B. Solayao, Vice President for Academic Affairs, who reaffirmed PLMun’s readiness to cultivate forward-thinking entrepreneurs. University President Dr. Raymundo P. Arcega, CESE, delivered a visionary address, stressing that entrepreneurship is not a privilege reserved for the wealthy but a powerful tool for fostering employability and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals—core to PLMun’s institutional mission.

Dr. Carmencita P. Elauria, Dean of the College of Business Administration, extended her sincere appreciation to the RQAT members, recognizing their invaluable insights and affirming the college’s preparedness to deliver quality education.
